 Southsea Library: Madhubani Workshop

Our first of three art workshops at Southsea Library was a creative and community-building experience. People of different backgrounds, both children and adults, came together to learn about Madhubani art and draw what is special to them using the unique elements of the artform. Southsea Library was a lovely location, with hot drinks and Christmas chocolates on tap. 

We have two more workshops at the library. On 13th Jan 2024 we explore Truck art from Pakistan and on 3rd Feb, Pattachitra from Bengal (both at 2pm). We look forward to seeing you there!
